Leadership Programme

Covering all aspects of leadership in a Sixth Form College context, this programme is for those who are looking to hone their leadership skills.

Teachers' Toolkit Training

This five day programme is being run both for those staff newest to teaching in our S7 Colleges and for any member of staff who would like to refresh or revisit thoughts and ideas on teaching and learning approaches. The five days cover issues on the pastoral, on teaching and learning and on quality and curriculum issues and will include experienced advice and practical tips galore from a wide range of S7 staff.

Heads of Department Induction

This one day training programme, split into two half day sessions, calls on the expertise of some of S7's most experienced Heads of Department who draw on their track record of successful departmental leadership.
