This event for the S7 Consortium comes from the acknowledgement that we have a huge pool of talent amongst the consortium who will be moving up and on to Heads of Department posts in the next few years.
With contributions from experienced and more recently appointed Heads of Department, this event will cover topics such as how to build on your skills base to become a head of department as well as dealing with some of the issues that occur once you are in post with leading the team. The course will also tackle that all-important step of making and presenting a good application.
