The S7 Teaching Excellence Programme is aimed at really good teachers who wish to challenge themselves, to be challenged to become excellent teachers.  The course will demand honesty and self-criticism, the setting of personal targets, and commitment not only to delegates' improvement, but to the improvement of other teachers through an INSET activity back in their own college.

Delegates will undertake a project directly concerned with the improvement of their own teaching.  Each delegate will have a mentor from their own college.  They will also be paired up to work together on each other’s teaching for two peer mentoring days in Spring and Summer terms.
