S7 Support Staff Leadership Programme, Online Event

This one day Leadership Programme for Support Staff leaders has been carefully planned and considered by a team of S7 senior managers to focus as tightly as possible on the changing needs and expertise demanded of Support Staff Managers.

The training day this year will be taking place online and details have been sent to participants.

With a mix of delegates from across the S7 Colleges it is hoped that there will be plenty of opportunity to make informal connections and networks to discuss and solve issues facing individuals in colleges.

We have tailored the programme specifically to developing leaders within the non-curriculum staff of the S7 sixth form colleges.  The programme will consist of a mix of presentations and activities covering themes such as learning to lead, dealing with people, time management and prioritisation, and reflection on your role within your College.
