De-escalation Training with David Euridge: Online Event

We are pleased to run this online event for our colleagues on Tuesday 16th March from 10am to 12pm.

Managing behaviour is one of the biggest challenges in education.  This session aims to give staff “tools for their behaviour tool kit” the more tools we have to manage behaviour the better the chance of a successful outcome.

The session will cover:

• How to recognise that a situation may escalate
• What strategies can be used in different situations
• Some of the basics around behaviour management
• Top 10 tips on behaviour management
• How to build effective relationships
