New Pastoral Managers Training, Woking College

The New Pastoral Managers' training is aimed at tutor team leaders who are new to the role and have never had any responsibility for staff or an area before.

Topics covered in this whole-day course will be: working with the Pastoral Team/running Tutorial Team meetings/managing other staff; identifying and developing strategies to improve individual student performance; and dealing with complaints and difficult parents.
